Privacy policy
Last updated: 10 September 2026
The short version: most tools never see your file, the server tools do not keep it, and the only personal data stored is what you type into the contact form.
Who is responsible
This site, nolimittools.com, is operated from Türkiye under the name No Limit Tools, which is the data controller for the processing described here. You can reach us through the contact form. This policy is written to meet the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Tools that run on your device
The PDF tools, the image converters, image compression and resizing, EXIF removal, the QR code generator and the JSON formatter work entirely in your browser. Your file is opened in your device's memory and is not sent to us or to anyone else. The libraries these tools use are served from our own domain, not from third-party networks.
Tools that run on our server
Image Upscaler, Colorize Photo, Remove Object from Photo, Restore Old Photos, Background Remover and HEIC to JPG send the image you choose to our server over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
- The image is processed in memory and the result is sent straight back to you.
- It is not written to disk, not kept after the response and not used to train any model.
- No copy remains, so nobody can look at the images you process.
Server logs
Like every web server, ours records technical details of each request: IP address, date and time, the page or file requested, the response and your browser's user-agent string. These records are used only to keep the service secure and to find errors. They are overwritten automatically as new entries arrive and are never used to identify or profile visitors.
The contact form
When you send a message, the following is stored:
- the topic you picked, your message and your name, if you gave one;
- your email address, so we can reply;
- the date, the language of the page and a shortened IP address with the last part removed, to prevent abuse.
This data is used only to answer you and to keep the form free of spam. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us (KVKK Article 5(2)(f); GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Messages are deleted automatically after 12 months, or earlier if you ask. They are not shared or sold, and you are not added to any mailing list.
Where the data is kept
The site runs on a server in Germany provided by Hetzner Online GmbH. Contact form messages and server logs are stored there and are not passed on to any other party.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The site currently sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. Your browser's local storage is not used either.
We plan to show advertising in the future. Before that happens, this policy will be updated to name the provider and what it stores, and where the law requires it you will be asked for consent first.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK and Articles 15 to 22 of GDPR you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it;
- learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used for that purpose;
- know the third parties the data is transferred to, in Türkiye or abroad;
- have incomplete or incorrect data corrected, and have your data deleted;
- object to the processing and to any result that goes against you;
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing;
- receive your data in a portable format and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To use any of these rights, write to us through the contact form and mention the email address you used. We answer within 30 days at the latest. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or, in the European Union, to the data protection authority of your country.
Children
The site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 through the contact form.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date. Significant changes, such as adding advertising, are published before they take effect.
